Agence Bio has published the first figures of organic farming in
France.The certified farms are 16, 523 (out of which 11,640 production
farms, and 4,883 processing): thesituation remains stabel in relation
to 2004 (16,397 operators). Surfaces are decreasing: from 560,838 ha of
