The new order following the Brexit, and the new agreements that will enter into force between the EU and the United Kingdom, have by today generated the "EU-UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement", the trade and cooperation agreement between EU-United Kingdom establishing preferential agreements in a number of sectors including agriculture and specifically organic farming. The Agreement was published in the Official Journal of the European Union L 444 series on 31 December 2020. Within the document we point out the “ANNEX TBT-4” specifically concerning organic products.
