<div style="text-align: justify;">The EUVINBIO project – "<span style="font-style: italic;">Application of the European rules on organic vinification and improvement of quality and conservation of organic wines respecting the territorial peculiarities</span>"- intends to transfer to the operators and technicians the innovative vinification techniques permitting the respect of the EU Regulation on organic wine.
