<P align=justify>The 15th edition of Millesime Bio, the international trade fair on organic wines, will be held in Perpignan. Organized by the Inter-professional Association of Organic Wines from Languedoc-Roussillon (AIVBLR), the fair access is restricted only to wine professionals (importers, cellarmen, purchasers for the catering industry, journalists…). Millesime Bio will welcome more than 200 exhibitors, winegrowers and wine merchants practicing organic agriculture in Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Portugal and Switzerland. The organizers are keen on keeping up the friendly and warm atmosphere of the fair, therefore they chose to limit the exhibitor’s number and to lay out the stands in the same way: one table covered with a white napkin. The wine only will make the difference ! To help the visitors and the specialized journalists to discover products presented by the winegrowers, a self-service tasting area will be laid out in the fair. </P>
