<div align="justify">Directive 2009/128/EC of the European Parliament and Council, transposed in Italy with the Decree no. 150 of 14 August 2012, set up a frame for the sustainable use of pesticides.<br>To apply Art. 4 of the Decree, a first National Action Plan (NAP) for the sustainable use of pesticides has been drafted by a technical "round table"including representatives from the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Environment, as well as the Regional Authorities and other competent bodies and institutions.
