AIAB , the Italian Association of Organic Farmers, in cooperation with SIVE, FIBL, ITAB and the Slovenian Institute for Sustainable Development, organizes a training trip in Slovenia for producers and technicians of the organic wine sector, from 11 to 13 April 2013.
The main aim of the visit is to exchange experiences about agronomic techniques, winemaking and trade relations between Italian and Slovenian organic wine producers.
The farms that will be visited are located in the four wine-growing Slovene areas: coast (Mediterranean), Karst, Brda and Vipacco valley. The farms are from small to medium in size, and are equipped with their own cellars. Despite the geographical proximity, the areas have climatic, geographical and geological differencies, which results in different qualities of wines, now known and appreciated on all world markets.

For details on costs, reservations and more information on the program of training trip, refer to the document attached here
