ORGANIC FARMING, MIPAAF AND ITALIAN PRODUCERS AT BIOFACH NUREMBERG

<div align="justify">About 350 Italian organic operators will participate in the international organic fair "Biofach" which will open its doors in Nuremberg, Germany, on February 13.<br>The international trade fair is a unique and consolidated event for the organic world: an opportunity to develop trade, but also a time to reflect on the strategic development of the sector.<br>The Italian organic can show record numbers: one million hectares are cultivated organically, and more than 50,000 certified operators produce organically, while the Italian market worths about three billion euro, of which nearly one third is exported. Numbers that make Italy playing a starring role in the scenario of organic Europe and worldwide.<br>The MiPAAF – Italian Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry stand, in Hall 1 of the fair, will include SINAB – tye National Information System on Organic Agriculture, and will host as well several communication initiatives carried out by the Italian Regional Authorities in the context of the National Action Plan for Organic Farming.
