The traditional itinerant initiative “Meglio Bio in Piazza-The best organic in the marketplace” comes back also for the year 2015. It will be launched again by the association of Brescia (Lombardia) organic producers “La Buona Terra”, in collaboration with the City of Brescia.
The goal is to promote organic products consumption and an environmentally friendly lifestyle. Consumers will be offered the opportunity to buy the typical specialties from Brescia and organic food from the region, thanks to the presence of a group of about 20-25 exhibitors. It will be possible to buy local cheese, like the dairy products from the Malga Val Trompia and the Valcamonica, wines and extra virgin olive oil produced around Lake Garda, and then pasta, baked goods, sweets, honey, jams, fruit juices , meats and more.
A space will also be dedicate to no food, products made with “green materials”, respecting environment and humans: from clothing to essential oils, medicinal plants, natural supplements and perfumes, all products attracting more and more consumer interest.
Each Sunday event will also include tastings initiatives in different moments of the day, from breakfast to aperitifs, with wine and cheese tasting and other specialties. Educational activities for children are also foreseen.
