As for the past editions, many visitors <SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>will be welcomed at different special information desks, hosting important institutions as the European Commission, the State Forestry Corp (CFS), the Central Inspectorate for Safeguarding of Quality and Fight against Fraud in the agro-food sector (ICQRF), <SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>the Mipaaf “Carabinieri” section, and other bodies linked to the Ministry with research and study aims like Agea, Cra, Inran, Ismea, Rete rurale nazionale (the National Rural Network), Sinab. Meetings and product tastings <SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>will be offered to visitors. The National Nutrition Institute, from 9 <SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>to 11 Sept., will present, through a direct web connection, the first interactive Italian site, a real innovative and free instrument, dedicated to food, “Sapermangiare Mobi” (“Learn how to eat Mobi”). The site proposes a new growth model based on innovation, participation and technological transfer of research. The Ministry, next Thursday 9, will then organize, in cooperation with “BolognaFiere”, a special workshop (in Italian) on “Italian organic farming: operators’ choices, needs, and consumers expectations and desires” (“Notturno” Room – Centro Servizi/ Service Centre, Bloc D) with a very tight and interesting programme.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>
