Canada: dal 2006 la superficie coltivata in agricoltura biologica è aumentata del 121%
In una scheda informativa di recente pubblicat la Canadian Organic Trade Association (COTA) indica che gli acquisti di alimenti biologici hanno rappresentato il 3,2% di tutte le vendite di generi alimentari nel 2018, rispetto al 2,6% del 2017.
Canada: aumentano del 10% le vendite dei prodotti biologici.
La Canadian Organic Trade Association (COTA) riferisce che il 66% dei consumatori canadesi spende una parte del loro budget settimanali in prodotti biologici.
