Agence Bio, the French Agency for organic farming, reported the last figures related to the country's organic sector: the number of producers and processors involved <br>in organic farming increased by 23%, reaching 30,850 units, out of which 2/3 are producers (20,604). The increasing of the organic production was beneficial to reduce <br>imports, which decreased to 35% in 2010 (38% in 2009).
